Cancellation Policy & Steps 

1. Cancellations must be requested 30 days before your next billing date. 

2. Email: memberships@boldvitahq.com with your full name, membership type, and reason for cancellation. 

3. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed. 

4. Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. 

No refunds on past payments. Any pending fees must be cleared before cancellation is approved.
